Denim Reborn: From Jeans to Bag

Give your old denim a brand-new life! Join Seed Sewers for “Denim Reborn: From Jeans to Bag” a hands-on upcycle sewing class where you’ll transform a pair of jeans into a stylish, functional bag. In this Part 2 Sewing Class, guest instructor Mrs. Lydia will guide you step-by-step through cutting, shaping, and sewing your denim into a trendy crossbody or waist bag. You’ll learn sustainable design techniques while putting your sewing skills to work — creating something you’ll be proud to wear! Note: This is an intermediate-level class. Participants must know how to do basic stitches on a sewing machine. Bring your creativity, your old jeans, and get ready to make something one-of-a-kind!  THEME: Sew Sustainable. Please bring your own pair of Jeans to transform into a bag. all other supplies to make the bag will be provided. Also this class does provide sewing machines however please bring your own sewing machine if you own one.
