Ready to make friends with your sewing machine?  In this beginner-friendly workshop, we’ll take the mystery out of threading, bobbins, machine settings, and sewing your first straight stitches. No experience needed!  Bring your curiosity and get ready to sew!  Rent a sewing machine from the Scrap or bring your own functional sewing machine to practice on.  River will cover the basics, plus tips and tricks for smooth sewing with her 30+ years of sewing experience.
