Pimento cheese is a Southern delicacy worth celebrating — and we did just that!

The nation’s only festival dedicated specifically to pimento cheese took over Downtown Cary Park with more than 50 food vendors serving up inventive and delicious pimento cheese-infused creations. From pimento cheese ice cream (yes, really) to egg rolls, empanadas, and beyond, guests enjoyed an unforgettable culinary experience.

The festival wasn’t just about the food — the day was packed with live performances, family-friendly activities with the scrap exchange and engaging entertainment all throughout the Park.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for this flavorful celebration! We’re already counting down to next year — mark your calendars for April 11, 2026, when the Pimento Cheese Festival returns to Downtown Cary Park.
