The Scrap Exchange

The Scrap Exchange is our Reuse Arts Shop, where you’ll find what we’re known for: Blue Barrels full of Corks, bottle caps, baby doll heads (when in stock), Fabric, Sewing & Notions, Crafting Supplies, Paper & Office items, Hardware, Toys and more! Listed here are some examples of some staples we’ll usually have in stock for your crafty thrifting needs!

Fabric

Fabric

Fabric is the largest department in the store, with tons of fabric by the roll, rolled select fabric, fat quarters, fabric scraps, leather scraps, and more!

Sewing & Notions

This is where you will get all of your knitting needles, Yarn, crochet hooks, cross stitch, lace, zippers, embroidery floss, looms, and sewing machines!

Craft

If you need Acrylic, Watercolor, or sometimes Oil paints, mediums, fancy colored pencils, sketchbooks, ribbon, and more the Craft Section is what you are looking for!

Scrap

This is some of the stuff we’re most famous for: the Blue Barrels with all of the scrap.  We’re talkin’ corks, bottle caps, lanyards, empty cd and dvd cases, and all kinds of plastic things that might have gone to the landfill if it wasn’t for you!

Paper & Office

Stationery galore! Paper of all kinds, postcards, greeting cards, envelopes (too many envelopes), memo pads, post-its, staplers, paper clips, and more!

Hardware

We sell a selection of hardware items including power tools, hammers, screwdrivers, allen keys, nuts, bolts, nails, and other odds and ends!

Jewelry Supplies

Think beads, findings, strings, metal wire, and more.  We also have a selection of Broken Jewelry that we sell by the ouce you can maybe give new life to!

Metal and Wood

We also sell a selection of wood and wood scraps, as well as metal of various sizes and use cases by the pound!  Sometimes extra special things are priced with a sticker, but that’s not the norm. Great for sculptural work or working on the house!

Toys

If you’re looking for all things dolls, board games, puzzles, action figures, collectibles, collectible cards, fake plastic anything, this is where you want to be.

The Artist Market

Looking for a more upscale vibe? Our Artist Market is filled with hand made goods from local artists an a curated Scrap Selects section of some of the cooler, older items that come through our donations door.

Cameron Gallery

An onsite gallery dedicated to displaying reuse artists, our staff, and anything else we want to highlight.

Make N’ Take

Birthday parties, staff retreats, field trips, and team-building days are held in the Make N’ Take Room. Drop in or book a rental!

Design Center

Design Center is where we host our workshops and meet-ups.
