What happened to the old Friends of Mongo discount program?

We are very grateful for the Scrappy shoppers who signed up for the former Friends of Mongo program, which was based on a shopping discount. On the occasion of The Scrap Exchange’s 35th anniversary, we launched the new sustaining membership program with four levels and lots of new benefits. The new program is designed to support The Scrap Exchange while inviting members to take part in our community in meaningful ways. Plus, we still offer lots of free and discounted stuff!

Will I receive a membership card?

All Friends of Mongo will receive an acknowledgement email with a unique membership ID code.

When will I receive my exclusive screen-printed Mongo T-shirt?

Your Friends of Mongo acknowledgement email will include a digital coupon for you to shop for a free previously loved T-shirt at The Scrap Thrift. Durham artist Bill Fick will print all of the Friends of Mongo T-shirts at a special members-only event on Sunday, November 8.
